Price guarantee and deadline
The prices, deadlines and technical content on this website are preliminary and for information purposes only. This is because e we can build 10 different types of buildings, single-storey or multi-storey, and it makes a difference whether Zugänglichkeit, ugyanúgy a Similarly, access and crane access are important factors that influence the price, as is the type of windows: plastic, aluminium or wood-aluminium, – which mot to mention the foundations whether the building site is normal or filled. If the client side changes during the construction period (1) - this is independent of us and can be another question and request, also to us.
Our construction system is extremely flexible, as are our building material suppliers, which can change a lot. Bank lending (2), i.e. he methods and timing of bank payments, and obtaining a building permit (3) are factors independent of us, but they might affect as well as the building’s completion date as well.
CONSTRUCTION AND DELIVERY DEADLINES
The delivery dates in 2024 can be basically calculated as follows, assuming a valid building permit and financial execution according to the contract:
1. Construction ready for occupancy
2. raised structure-ready - fully finished outside, structure ready inside: 6+2 = 8 weeks
3. building-ready - building-engineering and electrical work: 6 + 2 + 2 = 10 weeks
4. Turnkey - interior painting, tiling, sanitary: individual agreement.

Prices are in HUF and net amounts.
1. 1. Construction ready occupancy from 390.000 Ft/m², i.e. HUF 39 million + 5% VAT
2. 2. Raised structure-ready - fully finished outside, structure ready inside: from 490.000 Ft/m²,, i.e. HUF 49 million + 5% VAT
3. Épület-kész A+ - building-engineering and electrical work: from 650.000 Ft/m²,, i.e. HUF 65 million + 5% VAT
4. Kulcsra-kész A+++, gépi szellőzés, napelem, okosház - interior painting, tiling, sanitary: 800.000.-Ft/m2-től, azaz 80 millió Ft + 5% ÁFA és individual agreement.
