NORDii Active House, active in the world of startups.
We are NORDii Homes, a construction company that has been developing NORDii modern active houses/buildings for 3 years, with a new/different approach and an innovative construction technology design, manufacturing, and execution that provide a competitive edge.
We have invested 15,000 engineering hours into the modern active house project, so we know very precisely what and how to design and build, which we summarise as the modern active house.
In 2024, we are building our national Franchise network, making it easy for both customers and investors to reach us across Hungary.
The owners are exclusively professionals - with a minimum of 25 years of theoretical and practical experience in construction and IT. They are not former nail technicians turned construction entrepreneurs. We do not look down on anyone; this is simply a profession that requires a vast amount of knowledge and experience, which we possess: in design, manufacturing, and construction alike.
We believe that in the construction industry, money and ideas alone are not enough; knowledge, perseverance, and an immense amount of hard work are equally essential.

Just like a phone or a car, a house/building is also the result of highly complex teamwork, and it really matters what kind of end product we create. After all, we are building for at least 80-100 years, and we bear a great responsibility in shaping the future end product.
