As the name implies, it is a "semi-detached house": i.e. ground floor+ 1st floor + 2nd floor + 3rd floor, i.e. a building with a maximum of 4 floors and basically with a flat roof - but also with other roofs, e.g. with a Roman1 roof. It can be a shared building and include: apartments, hotel, office building - overall, a clean, minimalist, modern, exclusive building. Separate and specific spatial elements designed for these building types. Thanks to its large glass walls, our prefabricated and modular spatial-concrete model can also provide special and unique spatial solutions.
